in budgeting have come into SortMe to help you stay on top of your finances with more flexibility and insight. Our goal is to make managing your money easier and more tailored to how you actually get paid and spend. Here's what to look forward to:- You can now run your budget based on your own pay cycle. Choose between Weekly, Monthly, or Fortnightly.

- You can now choose which categories are Essentialfor your budget. Now only the ones you marked as Essential will be calculated in your budget cycle.
When reviewing your budget cycle, you'll be able to see how far you're progressing with your budget

- When using the Budget vs Actual filter on the Spend Overview tab, it will now adjust based on the budget cycle you’ve set. For example, if your budget cycle is set to Fortnightly in the Budget tab, the Spend Overview will display a customized cycle for a 2-week period. The same applies for Weekly and Monthly cycles.

Daily Dough
Our Spendable Balance is now called the Daily Dough. The Daily Dough is determined by taking the calculated surplus for your current budget cycle, subtracting the amount already spent on non-essential categories, and then cross-checking this against your spend account balances. The sum of your spending account balances is used to display your true Daily Dough.
Spending Account
Users can now select which bank accounts they connected goes into their Spending Account. This helps you calculate your spendable balance more easily.
