Automation Rules Based on Bank Account and Transaction Amounts

I'd love a way to set up automated tagging rules based on the bank account a transaction came from or went into, and also based on the amount.
For example:
If a payment from Account ABC in "xyz" category, tag it as “Coffee”
If a payment over $500 from Account ABC in "xyz" category, tag it as “xyz”
Useful for filtering and seeing how much is spent on specific things, like coffee purchases, or alcohol etc

this would be useful where payments are from the same company, but for different services i.e Spark NZ bill me for internet, mobile and spotify. It there was a custom rule where i could say if it's this value from Spark, it's Internet, this value Mobile,etc. Unfortunately all description is the same for all payments.
