Customise budget to allow different time periods for bills

I’d like to be able to indicate the parts of my fortnightly budget which are paid monthly. Then it could flow on to track correctly in reporting as well.
For example, I get paid in a fortnightly cycle and budget for my bills as such. However, I pay some bills monthly and it shows as overspend in my reports on the fortnight the bill gets paid.
