Currently Susan sometimes doesn't answer questions accurately when it comes to categories.

E.g: if you ask how much you spent on rent this year, she might not understand which of our SortMe categories is "rent", because our category name has other words in it, other than just "rent".

We want to give Susan more human-like awareness to increase her accuracy when providing answers that use transaction categories.
