Improve transfer detection logic

Currently SortMe attempts to identify money movements between your accounts so we can "zero" these out and not accidentally categorise them as incomes or expenses.
The current logic works quite well for low-volume transfers however for users that have many transfers between their accounts, especially if the transfers are similar to each other, SortMe can get a bit confused about matching them up correctly.
For example:
- if you send $100 from your ASB transaction account to your Rabo savings account every pay day. Can we automatically detect this correctly as a transfer?

I think, transfer between Sortme registered accounts should be identified easily. External transfer could be hard to identified. But it could be easily handled if thinking this issue in a different way. Sortme could try to match the same amount 1 week, fortnight, month, quarter, year ago, if matched, simply apply last category. This could also help on categorizing schedule payments.
