[Pro Tier] Transaction Rules to assign to Entities

E.g: user wants to be able to make a rule when moving a transaction to an entity.

I only use entities so my partner, myself and "the household bills" can be looked at separately. I haven't needed this so far but could imagine at least 2 use cases for this:

Couples creating separate entities for each person but who share the same checking account (entities are the only real way to set money as "partner1's personal money")
Landlords who want to assign payments to each property, so they can see how they are each performing.

So I think this is a good idea.
