Rollover and Accrue unused budget to next month

Yes this would be useful, I had this feature in my own excel based budget expense tracker. I was useful as one month one expense might be higher but the other is lower so offsets that cost.

This would be great when you're allocating funds to a particular expense that might only be paid a few times a year - so that when it is paid it doesn't look like a budget blow out
