There should be an option to be able to search your transactions for a certain person / company.

You should also be able to change the category for ALL transactions to / from that company/person. Instead of doing each transaction manually.

You can now search transactions on the transactions page:

As for bulk updating, this is coming very soon (next 1-2 weeks) so that when you change a category for a transaction, a modal will popup asking if you want this to apply to historical transactions and/or remember this category for future matching transactions.

Quick update, if you categorise a transaction then all transactions with the exact same description/bank statement line will have the same category applied to them.

For the search feature, I think that is great. Being able to filter by merchants and having a free-text input would be great.

Agree with Daniel. Have a large number of transactions that it has understandably miscategorised from a specific company that is in a totally different category and is tedious to manually adjust each
